Setting off from Bundaberg, Mt Perry Road will take you through the town of Gin Gin.

Gin Gin, Mt Perry
Travel north along Highway 1 for approximately 5 klms and turn left. Mt Perry is about half an hour's drive west. You can follow the main road or take a detour through the Boolboonda Tunnel.
Westward ho! through grazing country (there is about
40klms of unsealed road) to join up with the Burnett Highway 17. You can take a turn right and head for Cania Gorge. Your travels
will take you through Mulgildie and Monto. If you choose to head south, take the earlier turn off to Eidsvold.
Childers, a National Trust town, is the southern access to our region. Stop here and take a heritage walk, call into the Visitors
Information Centre and discover the very essence of Queensland.
Further on are the citrus centres of Mundubberra and Gayndah. Ban Ban Springs is a T-junction, turn left and head for Biggenden. The Isis Highway leads you to Childers and on to Bundaberg.
